BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:I. TERMS OF USEA. All rights are reserved for the artist. The artist holds the copyright of the commissioned image. The commissioner receives a license to use the image as detailed in the following terms.B. The commissioner may freely crop and reupload the commissioned image for non-commercial means with explicit credit. Editing the image (e.g. adding filters, animating, etc.) is only permitted with explicit permission from the artist. Credit to the artist is expected and required in these cases.C. The commissioned image may be freely reuploaded by the artist. Unless the commissioner states that they wish for it to stay private.D. I do NOT allow any form of my artwork to be minted as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). MY commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner or any other party.E. The artist reserves the right to revoke these permissions granted to the commissioner if any of the terms and conditions have been violated. As well I reserve the right to decline commissions that I feel I cannot properly execute.II. PAYMENT AND PRICINGA. (Commissions made through Kofi don't apply to this term, and currently that's the only way to order a commission so ignore this.) Commissions will be paid by the commissioner in two parts, with both being half of the full price. The first payment will be paid upfront, and the second payment will be when the commission is either completed or received. The commissioner must only send payment through the agreed payment option.B. The prices listed are base prices for personal use. The artist reserves the right to use their discretion in charging more for complexity, tight deadlines, nudity, sexual content, higher resolutions, and more.III. REFUND POLICYA. You are committing to this commission just as much as the artist. The artist will offer to refund the commissioner when and only when, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission.IV. FURTHER TERMS
A. Commissions usually are completed within 1 month. However, at times it may take up to 1 month or more to finish depending on the commissioner’s slot number and the artist’s personal schedule. The commissioner will be informed if there is an unexpected delay with the commission.B. Work-in-progress sketches may be sent and asked for. I do not do this for sketch commissions.C. If the commissioner is unresponsive for 2 weeks after the artist contacts the commissioner then the commission will not be completed. The commission will be on hold until the commissioner is able to respond. If you expect to be unavailable to be contacted then please inform the artist._If there are any questions about my TOS then please feel free to DM me on Twitter or Discord. A. I'll try and complete your commission in 1 month but it can take up to 1-4 months maybe more depending on my personal schedule and slot number. I will notify you when I'm working on it.B. I will send you work-in-progress photos (like sketches and colors) but won't for basic sketches.C. if you don't respond within 2 weeks of my inquiry or messages I won't continue working on the commission.
